1. Camps, Clinics, and Events

​

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made 14 days or more before the start date (minus processing fees).

• Partial Credit: 50% credit toward a future program if cancellation is made 7–13 days before the start date.

• No Refunds: For cancellations less than 7 days before the start date, except for documented medical emergencies.

2. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

​

If an event is canceled due to weather or facility closure, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit toward a future program will be issued. No cash refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations.

3. Merchandise Sales

​

All merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Processing Time

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
