By using CTPrideFootball.com and/or registering for our programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Participation in CT Pride Football programs is open to individuals who meet program-specific age and eligibility requirements. Parents or legal guardians must register minors.

2. Registration & Payment

​

• All registrations must be completed online unless otherwise arranged.

• Payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is approved.

• Late payments may result in loss of reserved spots.

3. Code of Conduct

​

Participants, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and appropriate behavior at all events. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the event or endangers others.

4. Health & Safety

​

You acknowledge that football and athletic activities carry inherent risks. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate medical information

• Assume all risks associated with participation

• Release CT Pride Football from liability for injuries, except in cases of gross negligence

5. Intellectual Property

​

All website content, logos, and promotional materials are the property of CT Pride Football and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

​

We reserve the right to change event dates, locations, or schedules due to weather, facility availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

CT Pride Football is not responsible for:

• Personal injury or property damage during events

• Losses resulting from website downtime or errors
